Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an in-store PRO Services associate to build relationships with professional customers and drive growth. You will support PRO desks, manage orders, and promote PRO credit options while collaborating with the store team and product experts.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, knowledge of Floor & Decor products, and the ability to present benefits of PRO Premier Rewards. Bilingual abilities are a plus, with some travel to PRO sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• At least 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or store-area dominant language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and rewards programs.
