Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services Sales Support role in-store to build relationships with PRO customers and grow their business. You will support PRO desk activities, manage orders, and educate PROs on rewards and credit solutions.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma, 1 year in contractor sales or related field, and strong communication skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus, in-store training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant language in store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs and expand PRO participation.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products and selling process.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards; assist PROs with sign-up.
