Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for a PRO Services-focused role to build relationships with professional customers and grow their business.

The position, reporting to the PRO Services Manager, supports PRO priorities and collaborates with Installation Materials and Design Services to strengthen the PRO sales organization. Requirements include a high school diploma (associate degree or higher a plus), 1 year in relevant sales, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-ups, support and escalations.
• Identify PROs in-store and maintain knowledge of Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on selling processes and PRO programs.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Credit Card; assist PROs to sign up for PRO Premier Rewards and PRO APP.
