Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with PRO customers and grow their business. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and collaborates with Installation Materials and Design Services to support PRO priorities.

Responsibilities include mastering the PRO Services Blueprint, assisting with orders and follow-up, and promoting PRO credit solutions. Some travel to job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales or related space.
• Strong written and verbal communication; CRM experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or local dominant store-language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world class PRO customer experience.
• Support in-store PRO desk: calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Identify PROs in-store and maintain product knowledge.
• Train store team on selling process and PRO benefits.
• Promote PRO credits and rewards programs; assist PROs with registrations.
• Travel to customer sites with the Pro Services Manager as needed.
