Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a PRO Sales Associate to build relationships with PRO customers and help grow their business in-store.

The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports PRO priorities through a dedicated storefront presence and collaborative cross-functional work. The position is hourly with potential travel up to 20% and requires strong communication skills, retail/wholesale experience, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards Program.
