Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience helping customers identify needs.
• 1 year of customer service experience including greeting customers and resolving issues.
• Ability to work to sales goals in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers and driving growth.
• Understand Pro customers' project scope, timelines, and material needs to provide solutions.
• Create quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries aligned to projects.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to grow Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean Pro Desk area and support store operations.
