Job summary

Lowe's Pro Desk team is seeking a motivated associate to engage Pro customers on the floor, identify project opportunities, and promote Lowe's Pro Credit and loyalty programs. You will build relationships, manage quotes, and coordinate deliveries to ensure accurate, timely project completion.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of sales or customer service experience, with strong product knowledge, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience acceptable.
• External experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience with ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Develop understanding of Pro customers' businesses and needs to provide relevant solutions.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders and deliveries aligned to Pro projects.
