Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring for a PRO Services role focused on building strong relationships with professional customers and growing their business. You will report to the PRO Services Manager and help execute PRO priorities by sharing product knowledge and coordinating store activities.

The role emphasizes solving customer needs, promoting credit programs, and training staff to use the selling process. Travel may be required up to 20% to visit PRO customers and job sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• At least 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support staff on how to use our selling process.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Travel to customer and PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager up to 20%.
