Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an in-store PRO Services professional to build relationships with professional clients (PRO customers) and help grow their business. You will report to the PRO Services Manager and support PRO priorities, including in-store support, product knowledge, and PRO reward programs.

The role requires strong communication skills, a retail or wholesale background, and a willingness to travel up to 20% to PRO job sites as needed. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or local dominant store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, orders, follow-ups, support and escalations.
• Collaborate with store team to identify PROs in-store.
• Maintain knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support store team on selling process and PRO programs.
