Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services role focused on building relationships with PRO customers and growing their business. Reporting to the PRO Services Manager, you will support in-store PRO activities, manage orders, and promote PRO programs.

You will collaborate with installation materials and design services to strengthen PRO partnerships, train staff on selling processes, and travel up to 20% to engage with PROs at job sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in the store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on the selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about the PRO business and rewards programs.
