Job summary

Floor & Decor in West Covina, CA is seeking a PRO Services professional to build relationships with PRO customers and support the PRO desk in-store. The role involves executing the PRO Services Blueprint, managing orders, and promoting PRO Credit Solutions while collaborating with store teams.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year in contractor sales or related fields, strong communication, and may benefit from Salesforce/CRM experience and Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant language in the store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, follow up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Coordinate and assist with PRO customers in-store activities.
