Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with professional customers and support growth in the PRO segment. You will report to the PRO Services Manager and help execute PRO priorities while delivering a world-class shopping experience in-store.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year in contractor sales or related roles, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service or installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant local language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, order management, follow-up and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in the store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on the selling process.
• Educate PRO customers on our PRO offerings and sign them up for programs.
