Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Associate in California to build relationships with pro customers and grow their business. You will work withInstallation Materials and Design Services to support PRO priorities and expand PRO participation.

You will assist at the PRO desk, manage orders, answer questions, and collaborate with store teams to identify PROs in-store. Experience with CRM tools is a plus, and Spanish language ability is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant local language is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, order management, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs and maintain product knowledge.
