Floor & Decor seeks a PRO Services specialist in Florida to build trusted relationships with professional customers and grow PRO sales. You will report to the PRO Services Manager and align with installation, materials, and design teams to strengthen the PRO business.

The role emphasizes market trend understanding, customer education, and program promotion. You will support PRO desk activities, identify PROs in-store, train staff on selling processes, and promote PRO Premier Rewards and Credit

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.

Mansioni

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Identify PROs in-store and maintain product knowledge.
• Train store team on the selling process and PRO programs.
• Educate PRO customers about the PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO Credit options.
• Travel to customer and PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager as needed.

Conoscenze

Strong written and verbal

Bilingual in Spanish

Salesforce / CRM experience
