Job summary

Floor & Decor in Lakeland, FL is seeking a PRO Services Sales Associate to build relationships with professional customers and grow their business. You will report to the PRO Services Manager and help execute PRO priorities in-store.

Key tasks include handling PRO desk calls, managing orders, training the store team on selling processes, promoting PRO Credit Solutions, and traveling to PRO job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in the store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train the Store Team on the selling process and PRO offerings.
• Educate PRO customers on benefits and sign them up for PRO Premier Rewards/PRO APP.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and coordinate PRO customer activities.
• Travel to PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager as needed.
