Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with PRO customers in the hard surface flooring contractor space. You will support the in-store PRO desk, answer calls, manage orders and escalations, and promote the PRO Premier programs.

Preferred candidates have 1 year in contractor sales or related roles, strong communication, and familiarity with Salesforce/CRM. Travel up to 20% may be required; the role is hourly with a pay range of $15.00–$20.00.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone, orders, follow-up, support, and escalations.
• Collaborate with store team to identify PROs in the store; maintain product knowledge.
