Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring for a PRO Services role in Ohio to build relationships with professional customers and grow their business. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports PRO priorities in-store.

Key duties include supporting the PRO desk, collaborating with store teams, and promoting PRO programs and credit options. Candidates need retail/contractor sales experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services blueprint to deliver a world-class PRO experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-ups, and escalations.
• Identify PROs in-store in collaboration with the team.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train store team on the selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about the PRO business and encourage participation.
• Help PROs enroll in PRO Premier Rewards and demonstrate benefits of the PRO APP.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions (Commercial Business Account or PRO Premier Card).
• Coordinate and assist with PRO customer activities in-store.
• Collaborate on store initiatives and present programs effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service and be results oriented.
• Interpersonal skills for cross-cultural interactions.
• Multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional travel to PRO sites with the Pro Services Manager.
• Perform additional related duties as needed.
