Job summary

Floor & Decor in Ohio seeks a PRO Services role focused on building relationships with professional customers (PRO) and growing their business. Reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports PRO priorities.

Responsibilities include executing PRO strategies, in-store support, product knowledge, and promoting PRO rewards and credit programs. Travel up to 20% may be required, with a minimum base pay starting at $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class PRO experience.
• Support PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Identify PROs in-store in collaboration with the Store Team.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about our PRO business to expand participation.
• Assist PROs to sign up for PRO Premier Rewards and explain benefits.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions (Commercial Business Account or PRO Premier Credit Card).
• Coordinate with PRO customers in-store activities.
• Collaborate on store initiatives.
• Present programs and benefits effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and be results oriented.
• Interpersonal skills to interact across cultures.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasionally travel to customer and PRO job sites with Pro Services Manager.
• Perform additional duties to meet business objectives.
