Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Sales Associate in Bremerton, WA to build relationships with PRO customers and grow their business. You will support the PRO desk, manage orders, and promote the PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO Credit Solutions.

The role requires strong communication, at least 1 year in contractor sales, and familiarity with Salesforce/CRM; Spanish language skills are a plus. Expect travel up to 20% and a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM software is a plus; bilingual in Spanish or the area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: handle calls, manage orders, follow up, and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with store team to identify PROs and promote the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and assist with PRO APP demonstrations.
• Travel to customer/PRO job sites as needed with the Pro Services Manager.
