Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a PRO Services in-store associate focused on building relationships with professional customers and growing PRO participation. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and collaborates with Installation Materials and Design Services to expand the PRO sales organization.

The candidate should have 1 year in contractor sales, strong communication, and knowledge of Floor & Decor products, with bilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the PRO desk in-store: handle calls, manage orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Identify and engage PRO customers; promote the PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO APP benefits.
• Maintain product knowledge and train store team on selling processes.
• Educate PRO customers about the PRO credit options and programs.
• Collaborate on store initiatives and support PRO-related activities.
