Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a PRO Sales Support role focused on building relationships with professional customers in the hard surface flooring contractor space. You will support the PRO desk in-store, manage orders, and demonstrate the benefits of the PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO Credit Solutions.

Reporting to the PRO Services Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Team, educate PRO customers about products, and travel up to 20% to meet clients and job sites when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class PRO experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in the store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on the selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about products and benefits; promote programs.
• Coordinate PRO activities and assist with in-store events.
• Demonstrate effective program and benefit presentations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and be results oriented.
