Job summary

Floor & Decor in Portland, ME, seeks a PRO Services Specialist to build relationships with professional contractors, earn their trust, and help grow their business. You will support the PRO desk, manage orders, and promote the PRO Premier Rewards Program.

This hourly role requires a HS diploma, 1 year in contractor sales, strong communication, and familiarity with Salesforce. Bilingual abilities are a plus; expect up to 20% travel and a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma; associate degree or higher is a plus.
• At least 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or local store area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world classPRO experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, manage orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Explain PRO benefits and enroll customers in PRO Premier Rewards Program.
