Floor & Decor is hiring for a PRO Services role focused on building relationships with professional customers in the Portland area. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and involves supporting the PRO desk, growing PRO participation, and promoting credit solutions.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (associate degree a plus), at least one year in contractor sales, and strong communication skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus, with travel up to 20% possible.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about our PRO business and grow participation.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Coordinate and assist PRO customers in-store activities.
• Collaborate on store initiatives and present program benefits.
• Demonstrate ability to make effective presentations; be customer-service oriented.
