Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services role in Portland, OR to build strong relationships with professional customers and grow their business.

The position reports to the PRO Services Manager and collaborates across installation materials and design services to support the PRO priorities. Key duties include executing the PRO Services Blueprint, assisting PROs in-store, and promoting the PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO Credit solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• At least 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or installation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support PRO desk in-store: calls, manage orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in the store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about our PRO programs and credit options.
