Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Sales Associate to build relationships with professional customers and grow their business. You will report to the PRO Services Manager and support PRO priorities in-store.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year in contractor sales, strong communication skills, Salesforce experience, and bilingual abilities are a plus. Travel up to 20% may be involved.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain knowledge about Floor & Decor products and train staff on selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about our PRO business and sign them up for PRO Premier Rewards and PRO Credit Solutions.
