Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for a PRO Services associate in California to build relationships with professional customers and grow their business.

You will report to the PRO Services Manager and help execute PRO priorities in-store and with cross-department collaboration. Responsibilities include supporting PRO desk operations, signing up PROs for rewards, promoting PRO Credit Solutions, and training staff on selling processes while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply, or installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication and CRM proficiency.
• Bilingual in Spanish or other area language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Collaborate with store team to identify PROs and promote PRO programs.
• Maintain knowledge of Floor & Decor products and selling processes.
