Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services-focused team member in Burlingame, CA. The role emphasizes building relationships with PRO customers, supporting the PRO desk, and advancing Floor & Decor’s PRO priorities in-store.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, promote the PRO Premier Rewards Program, and educate customers on PRO credit solutions while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant in-store language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with store team to identify PROs in the store.
• Maintain knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train the store team on our selling process and PRO benefits.
• Educate PRO customers about PRO Premier Rewards and PRO Premier Credit Card.
