Job summary

Crew2 is seeking a Pro Sales Specialist to qualify, sell and process Pro flooring purchase orders and manage leads from our customer to ensure our client’s Pro customers are given the highest level of satisfaction and taking market share.

The role emphasizes building Pro customer relationships, collaborating with client’s outside sales reps, training stores, and presenting solutions. A Bachelor's in business and 5+ years in sales in interior construction preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in the interior construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining Pro customer relationships to establish repeat business
• Meet monthly with our client’s outside sales representatives to develop strategic plans for growth
• Monitoring sales data to identify stores in need of training
• Set up monthly meetings with key Pro customers to present solutions to their businesses
• Conduct in store trainings to build confidence in the Pro flooring programs
• Other duties as assigned
