Job summary

Interior Logic Group in Indianapolis is seeking a Pro Sales Specialist to qualify, sell and process Pro flooring orders while managing leads to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and growing market share.

You will build Pro customer relationships, meet with client representatives, train stores, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities. A Bachelor's in business and 5+ years in sales in the interior construction field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years’ sales experience in interior construction preferred.
• Strong technology and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, sell, and process Pro flooring orders.
• Manage leads from our client to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet monthly with outside sales to develop growth plans.
• Conduct in-store trainings to promote Pro programs.
