Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead the Pro department, model service standards, and coach associates in store-wide operations. You will drive Pro sales, Pro Xtra signups, and a fast, accurate customer experience while enforcing safety procedures and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in retail or store operations.
• Strong customer service and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage teams and resources to meet store standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pro area operations and customer flow to minimize wait times and ensure availability of carts, signage, and equipment.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and performance coaching of Pro team members and maintain KD training standards.
• Lead opening/closing duties, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with store leaders to execute Pro strategies.
