Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead the Pro area alongside the store leadership team. You will drive service standards, ensure accurate on-time deliveries, and promote Pro Xtra signups while maintaining store operations.

As MOD and part of the leadership, you will coach associates, supervise openings and closings, enforce safety procedures, and collaborate with Specialty Managers to implement Pro strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service / Experience: model service standards and coach real-time customer interactions.
• People: recruit input, train, coach, and manage performance of the Pro team.
• Safety: enforce hazmat SOPs and ensure safety training and PPE usage.
• Opening & Closing Operations: perform MOD duties, secure building, and ensure store readiness.
