Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join the store leadership team and drive Pro sales and loyalty initiatives. You will oversee Pro customer flow, coach associates, and ensure on-time deliveries in a safety-conscious environment.

You will collaborate with Store Leaders, Outside Sales, and Specialty Managers to implement Pro strategies, training, and development while upholding timekeeping and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED typically required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience including leadership of people and retail operations.
• Competencies include customer focus, decision quality, adaptability, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Champion service leadership and coach customer interactions; minimize Pro area wait times.
• Assist with recruitment, KD training, and performance coaching; monitor staffing and attendance.
• Enforce hazmat procedures, safety SOPs, training and PPE usage; maintain safe work areas.
• Lead Opening/Closing duties; drive store readiness and ensure task completion and compliance.
