Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer service and real-time coaching to model service standards.
• Lead Pro area operations to minimize wait times and ensure on-shelf availability and accurate deliveries.
• Perform Opening/Closing duties, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with store leadership on priorities.
