Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead the Pro department operations and customer service on the store leadership team. You will ensure standards, manage deliveries, and coach associates to uphold safety protocols.

You will collaborate with Specialty Managers to drive Pro signups and sales, while modeling Get culture and maintaining timely responsibilities across opening, shift changes, and duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pro Experience team to minimize wait times and ensure Pro customer flow.
• Manage opening/closing operations and security per SOPs.
• Coach and develop associates; drive training and performance.
• Partner with store leadership to execute Pro strategies and priorities.
