Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join the store leadership team in Michigan. You will oversee customer service, Pro department readiness, and daily operations to drive sales, loyalty, and Pro Xtra signups while ensuring fast, accurate service for Pro customers.

You will coach associates, enforce safety and SOPs, partner with store leaders and Specialty Managers, and perform MOD duties as required, maintaining exceptional store standards and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in retail or store leadership.
• At least 1 year of people-management experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• 30% - Customer Service / Experience - Service Leadership: Model service standards and coach on customer interactions.
• 30% - People - Talent Acquisition: Assist with recruitment and training alignment with policies.
• 15% - Safety - Enforce hazmat SOPs and safety guidelines; coach safe practices.
• 25% - Shared Manager on Duty – Opening & Closing Operations: Lead opening/closing tasks and ensure store readiness.
