The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead Pro customer service, department readiness, and store operations. You will coach associates, manage Pro processes, and ensure on-time deliveries while upholding safety and SOP compliance.

Working alongside the Pro team, you will drive Pro sales, signups, and loyalty programs, while performing MOD responsibilities per SOPs and coordinating with Store Leadership. 2+ years in retail leadership preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations.
• Preferred: at least 1 year leadership experience, preferably big box retail.
• Knowledge of home improvement industry is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Customer Service / Experience: lead service standards, coach associates, minimize wait times for Pro customers.
• People: assist with recruitment, training, performance coaching, and coverage.
• Safety: enforce hazmat procedures, SOPs, safety training, and PPE usage.
• Shared Manager on Duty: open/close operations, team alignment, daily priority hand-offs, and checklists.
