Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join the store leadership team. You will oversee Pro customer flow, ensure compliance with safety and SOPs, and drive Pro strategies with cross-functional partners.

You will coach associates, support recruitment, training, and performance management while protecting a safe work environment. This role reports to the Specialty ASM or Pro ASM and manages four direct reports.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage the Pro area to minimize wait times and ensure Pro customer flow.
• Coach and train associates on policy, safety procedures, and customer service.
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, and KD training to drive engagement.
• Perform Opening & Closing duties following SOPs and ensure store readiness.
