Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead store-wide Pro initiatives, drive sales, and ensure timely deliveries for Pro customers while coaching associates and enforcing SOPs. You will partner with the Pro team to optimize workflows, staffing, and safety while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and the capacity to manage opening/closing processes in alignment with company policy and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pro Customer service and experience; manage Pro area to ensure availability.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance coaching for the Pro team.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure safety and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with store leadership on Pro merchandising and events.
