Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead the Pro area, coach associates, and ensure accurate, on-time delivery and checkout experiences for Pro customers.

You will partner with Store Leaders, Outside Sales and Specialty Managers to implement Pro strategies, manage staffing and performance, and uphold safety and SOP compliance while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide service leadership to model standards and coach customer interactions.
• Actively manage Pro area for availability and on-time deliveries.
• Recruitment inputs and training compliance; performance coaching.
• Open/close operations and ensure store readiness; conduct daily pre-opening checks.
