Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead Pro customer service, coaching, and store operations. You will coordinate Pro area activity, ensure on-time deliveries, and enforce safety standards while working with store leaders and specialists to drive Pro strategy.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.

Responsibilities

30% - Customer Service / Experience: Model service standards, coach associates, ensure Pro area readiness, manage inventory, verify Will Calls & Deliveries, resolve customer concerns.
30% - People: Assist with recruitment, ensure KD training, provide performance coaching, complete documentation, develop staff, manage staffing and attendance.
15% - Safety: Enforce hazmat procedures, ensure safety checklists are done, train on PPE and safe lifting, maintain safe aisles and working conditions.
25% - Opening & Closing Operations: Lead opening/closing duties, communicate priorities, verify checklists, coordinate events and ads execution.
