Job summary

The Home Depot in the United States is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead the Pro area, model service standards, and coach associates to deliver a fast, accurate customer experience for Pro customers.

You will manage open/close operations, oversee staffing and safety, and partner with store leadership to drive Pro sales, loyalty, and Signups while maintaining strict adherence to SOPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of leadership experience in retail.
• Minimum 2+ years in retail operations roles.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and Pro experience to reduce wait times and ensure Pro customers are served efficiently.
• Recruitment support, coaching, and performance management for Pro team.
• Enforce hazmat procedures and safety practices across the store.
• Perform Opening and Closing duties and ensure store readiness.
