Job summary

The Home Depot in Colonial Heights, VA is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead Pro customer service, ensure department readiness and smooth operations, and work with the Pro team to increase sales, loyalty, and Pro Xtra signups while delivering a fast, accurate customer experience.

You will coach associates on safety and company policies, manage opening and closing duties as MOD, and partner with Store Leaders to implement Pro strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Champion service standards and coach staff on customer interactions.
• Minimize Pro wait times; ensure carts, signage, and equipment are available.
• Verify Will Calls & Deliveries for accuracy and on-time completion.
• Open/close duties as MOD; lead department readiness and operations.
• Enforce safety policies and promote a safe work environment.
