The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager to lead the Pro department, oversee customer service, and ensure timely deliveries while enforcing store standards. The role requires driving Pro sales, signups, and a smooth customer experience in a busy retail environment.

You will coach associates, participate in Manager on Duty (MOD) duties, manage staffing, safety, and collaborate with store leadership to drive Pro initiatives and overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to coach and train associates on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service.
• Experience managing retail operations and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and hazmat procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service / Experience: model service standards and coach on customer interactions; manage Pro area to minimize wait times; ensure on-shelf availability and accurate deliveries.
• People: assist with recruitment, ensure KD training is current, provide coaching and development; manage performance documentation; maintain staffing coverage and adherence to policies.
• Safety: enforce hazmat procedures and safety guidelines; ensure safety checklists are completed; train on PPE and lifting techniques; maintain safe aisles.
