This hourly position reports to the PRO Services Manager and emphasizes delivering a top-tier PRO experience, promoting rewards, and expanding PRO participation. Responsibilities include supporting the PRO desk, managing orders, coordinating with store teams, and educating customers on credit solutions and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; CRM experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, order management, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs and promote the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Educate PRO customers about PRO Credit Solutions and benefits.
