Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a PRO Sales Associate to build relationships with professional customers (PRO) and grow their business. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and collaborates with Installation Materials and Design Services to strengthen the PRO sales organization.

Responsibilities include PRO desk support, in-store coaching, product knowledge, and promoting PRO Premier Rewards. Travel up to 20% may be required to present Floor & Decor’s benefits to PROs at sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products and processes.
• Train and support staff on the selling process for PRO customers.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Coordinate PRO customers in-store activities and events.
• Occasional travel to customer or PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager.
