Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring for a Pro Services role in New Jersey to strengthen relationships with PRO customers and support store operations. You will focus on growing the PRO market, collaborating across departments, and helping PROs access rewards and financing options.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and cross-functional teamwork. The position requires at least 1 year in contractor sales, strong communication, and CRM experience, with travel up to 20% as needed to visit PRO

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales or related.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or predominant store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute PRO Services duties to create a world-class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-ups, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in-store.
• Maintain product knowledge of Floor & Decor offerings.
• Train and support staff on selling processes.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards.
• Travel to customer sites as needed with Pro Services Manager.
• Perform additional duties to meet business objectives.
