Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a PRO Services professional to deepen relationships with PRO customers and grow their business. You’ll support in-store activities, manage calls and orders, and educate PROs on rewards programs and credit options.

The role emphasizes strong communication, bilingual capability, and collaboration across departments to expand the PRO business within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or local store language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Identify PROs in-store and maintain knowledge of Floor & Decor products.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
