Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with professional customers and grow their business. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and collaborates with installation materials and design services to strengthen the PRO sales organization.

Responsibilities include supporting PRO desk in-store operations, identifying PROs, and expanding participation in the PRO Premier Rewards Program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the dominant language in the trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in-store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train Store Team on selling processes and PRO program benefits.
• Educate PRO customers about PRO Premier Rewards and PRO APP.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and coordinate PRO customer activities.
