Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Sales Associate to build relationships with professional customers and grow the PRO business. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports execution of PRO priorities across store operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (associate degree a plus), 1 year in contractor sales or related retail, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM. Bilingual in Spanish or local store language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Identify PROs in the store and maintain knowledge of Floor & Decor products.
• Train store team on selling process and educate PRO customers about benefits.
