Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Sales Associate in Massachusetts to build relationships with professional customers and support their growth. You will manage PRO desk activities, educate customers on programs, and collaborate with store teams to identify PROs.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, multi-tasking, and travel up to 20% for customer/job-site engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about our PRO business and grow their participation.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions (Commercial Business Account or PRO Premier Credit Card).
• Coordinate PRO Customer in-store activities and store initiatives.
• Demonstrate ability to present programs and benefits effectively.
